The Road to Reconciliation
Academy is intent on driving Indigenous engagement and contributing towards Reconciliation.
In 2016 we set the foundation for Academy Indigenous Services, a commercial cleaning company in partnership with Paul Brock, a descendant from the Barngarla people of the Whyalla and Port Augusta areas and an accomplished business leader.
Academy Indigenous Services is an exciting new venture for our group and with the endorsement and publication of our Reconciliation Action Plan we are now officially beginning our journey towards reconciliation.

The Academy Group of Companies are proud to announce the endorsement and publication of our first Reconciliation Action Plan.
Lead by the Managing Director of Academy Indigenous Services, Paul Brock, and General Manager of Academy Services, John Hoffman, our first RAP reflects our initial steps in our path towards reconciliation. There’s a long road ahead and we’re just beginning our own journey, but we hope the contributions of our company, and others like us, will help reduce the divisions that exist between all Australian citizens and move the nation forward towards a brighter future for all.

About Academy Indigenous Services
Established in 2016, Academy Indigenous Services is a partnership between Academy Services and Paul Brock, a descendant from the Barngarla people of the Whyalla and Port Augusta areas and an accomplished speaker, trainer, manager and executive.
Together, with Academy's exhaustive experience in the commercial cleaning industry and Paul's deep connection to the Indigenous community, we hope to contribute to the reconciliation movement through the generation of employment opportunities to improve the social and economic prosperity of Indigenous people in the communities where we operate.
